The PCT Health Centre for Bermondsey Spa Site E-West is an integrated part of the overall development, which includes 114 apartments.

The Health Centre itself is spread across two storeys and includes a minor surgery area, which requires hospital grade ventilation. Whitecode have carried out detailed building services designs, which includes designing the mechanical and electrical installation, in accordance with Healthcare Technical Memorandum (HTM) and ensuring energy compliance with Approved Document L2A, for energy efficiency.

Construction Value: £95,000,000 (Combined price for Block E, H and Site E-West)
