Oxygen is an impressive new waterside development of 240 apartments in a single 18 storey block, including 109 number 1 Bed units, 118 number 2 Bed units,13 number 3 Bed units and a basement below, situated at the edge of the Royal Victoria Dock, close to the Excel Exhibition centre, within easy access to the DLR and within minutes of Canary Wharf. There is also a small commercial unit on the ground floor, which has been earmarked for potential Restaurant usage.

These stylish apartments are designed to the highest standards. With builtin coffee machines in the kitchens as standard, every modern day requirement is thought of.

Large glazed windows offer unparalleled waterside views across the peaceful Royal Victoria Dock, the vibrant Canary Wharf and the Millennium Dome.

The building has been thermally modelled using the Hevacomp Software.

This scheme is served by a centralised boiler system with ground source heat pumps, providing 10% renewable energy.
