The Stansted Centre is a modern purpose built office solution. With its striking glass exterior, the centre provides exceptional serviced office accommodation and a Head quarters for Weston Homes - a large development company.

Whitecode’s Brief for this complex office, was to ensure it was equipped with the latest technology and communications. It has a contemporary telephone system in place along with complimentary voicemail system and Category 5 cabling, allowing the firm to network.

There are also fully air conditioned interview, training and meeting rooms and a Conference Centre, with a capacity to accommodate 200 delegates, for hire on an hourly or daily rate. The range of carefully tailored office solutions mean that it can offer precisely what the customers need in order to full fill their optimum requirements.

The Air-conditioning and ventilation strategy had to allow for the building’s vast quantities of glass, including an impressive atrium, where clients can relax and eat lunch at the Street Café. The building also includes a gymnasium! The building contains a full sprinkler system and the latest fire alarm technology.
