This is the latest phase of the landmark regeneration programme within Wandsworth, comprising of 386(No.) 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments within 7(No.) blocks, a health centre, pavilion, commercial and retail units, all set around a picturesque garden square.

WHITECODE DESIGN ASSOCIATES (WDA) INVOLVEMENT:

WDA are providing 2D & 3D working drawings for RIBA Stage 4b and construction drawings for RIBA Stage 5, as well as redesigning elements of Stage 3 to provide the Client with considerable cost savings over a 2 phase delivery. WDA are also providing Utilities Consultancy services, SAPs/EPCs, Overheating Analysis, Code for Sustainable Homes (CfSH), Vertical Transport Analysis and, for the construction phase, on-site resident engineer presence along with our bespoke 1st and 2nd fix inspections.
