Whitecode were appointed by our client to develop mechanical and electrical designs from post planning through to completion. Our responsibilities included designing a district heating system to serve all apartments and commercial spaces and integrated renewable technologies to deliver sustainable living in line with the London Plan. Whitecode led negotiations with statutory authorities which was key to the success of the project as the site was a former high voltage switch station serving the east of London.
