Homestead Road is a large bespoke house situated in Chelsfield, an exclusive area of Kent. The design was very specifically tailored to the living needs of the client, including an integral swimming pool, gym, cinema room and five bedrooms.
Whitecode were engaged by Manak Homes who were recommended to us given our in-depth experience and knowledge on similar projects. Whitecode always aim to go above and beyond when creating our designs, in order to achieve the perfect design for a family home, based on our skills and experience around individual developments.
Projects such as Homestead Road will always command the utmost care and attention which is required in order to build the clients ‘forever’ home. Whitecode were very pleased to be an integral part of this landmark project, which received a Bronze award for the “best luxury house” from the What House Awards in 2019.
