Located in Twickenham, these four residential new builds are being built by main contractor Wates Construction. Due for completion in 2023, the new builds will provide much-needed affordable housing in the vibrant, bustling and popular London Borough of Hounslow. 

With extensive experience in the residential sector, Whitecode Consulting was appointed for this package of work as Wates was highly impressed with the high standard of service that Whitecode had delivered on previous collaborations.  

Whitecode Consulting’s utilities consultancy is an essential step in managing the vital transition from the design to the installation works on a site. Across these four residential projects, Whitecode Consulting’s teams worked diligently to obtain quotations for all utilities works required such as diversions, disconnections, new supplies and more. 

Going that extra mile for the client, Whitecode Consulting continued to deliver high quality work once the quotations had been approved by Wates, to ensure the utilities requirements of each project would be successfully delivered. This was one of the first projects where Whitecode Consulting offered its new project management services as part of its utilities package. This service was created in order to meet clients’ demands and help them save time and money overall.
