BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP)
At Whitecode, all of our BREEAM assessors are also BREEAM Accredited Professionals (AP). As BREEAM APs we provide expert advice on built environment sustainability, environmental design and environmental assessment. The role involves facilitating the team’s efforts to successfully schedule activities, set priorities and negotiate trade off required to meet the BREEAM rating.

Instructing a BREEAM AP at the correct time can provide valuable early stage BREEAM credits and can ensure that the BREEAM process runs smoothtly. We can also provide the construction stage BREEAM AP service which involves visiting site, liaising with the site team and checking all activities are inline with BREEAM requirements.
